Controlled Tightening
Controlled tightening is the activity intended to ensure that the coupling between two mechanical parts is achieved by means of a bolted joint closed according to the specifications defined by the relevant Norms and Regulations, by the customer or the equipment manufacturer Specs.
Tightening by use of a torque wrench
Controlled tightening with hydraulic tensioners
This type of activity is a tightening with greater precision since the force applied has no friction or torsional stress so as to ensure a more precise work (±5%)
The use of a hydraulic torque wrench is a reliable and simple solution for tightening flange joints. The ability to monitor and control tightening torque allows you to precisely apply the desired load to your bolts, guaranteeing an approximation of ±10%.

Milling of septa-hollows and basements
Our portable milling machines, suitable for pneumatic, hydraulic or electrically operated mechanical machining, are able to perform precise milling on various elements, such as:
- Partitions of lids, distributors, floating heads and tube sheets of heat exchangers
- Tables of presses, hammers, rockers
- Pump bases, compressors, turbines, alternators, electric motors and rolling mill shoulders
- Air-cooler sealing seats
- Slots for tabs and keys on shaft pins.

OUR SERVICES
Drilling, Tapping and Reaming
With our pneumatic drills we are able to perform drilling and tapping operations on holes with diameters starting from 1/2" up to 3", i.e. making holes with large diameters and threaded depths. Specifically, we use these machines for the destruction of caps on air-cooler blocks, the overcutting and creation of new threads, the destruction of studs on the base of pumps or turbines and the remaking of threads. Each intervention is carried out with the utmost care and professionalism, responding to the specific needs of the customer.
