Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1

You will assemble small mechanical and electromechanical components that keep production moving and meet quality and safety standards. You will work closely with the production team and supervisors on a 1st shift onsite schedule (MF 5:00am1:30pm). Your contributions directly affect throughput product reliability and on-time delivery.

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts per instructions and procedures
• Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm sequence of operations
• Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
• Adjust bend align and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
• Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies using heating elements or ovens and perform in-process testing
• Follow all safety policies and maintain regular punctual attendance
• Support occasional variable schedules nights weekends or additional hours as needed

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for small parts
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Basic math skills and ability to read/interpret safety rules operating/manufacturing instructions and procedures
• Effective oral written and interpersonal communication skills
