Accentuate Staffing has an immediate need for an HRIS Document Conversion Specialist. This position is fully remote but you must live in North Carolina. The role will be 6 weeks in duration, and the hours are 8-5 Mon-Fri. The HRIS Document Conversion Specialist will provide migration support for a large-scale employee records conversion project from ADP to Workday. The primary focus of this role will be downloading employee documents from an existing HRIS, accurately renaming and standardizing files, and organizing them according to established employee and document categories. Because these files contain confidential employee information, accuracy, discretion, consistency, and the ability to follow detailed procedures are essential.
