This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in 55 countries including United States United Kingdom Canada Germany India France Netherlands Singapore.

Pay: $35$105/hr

Role Title: Graphic Design

We are engaging Graphic Design experts to contribute creative expertise on a customer this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Deliver high-quality visual assets in alignment with provided guidelines and brand standards.
2. Assess and critique existing graphic materials providing actionable insights for enhancement and improvement.
3. Create compelling digital illustrations layouts and graphics for diverse applications ensuring consistency and innovation.
4. Document and communicate creative decisions methodologies and design rationales clearly and thoroughly.
5. Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal channels to ensure deliverables meet expectations and requirements.
6. Participate in iterative feedback cycles refining and optimizing graphic outputs for clarity usability and impact.
7. Maintain organized files and deliverables for seamless project handoffs and downstream usage.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma or equivalent).
2. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in digital print and/or branding projects.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and proactive collaboration.
4. Experience providing constructive feedback and design critique in collaborative environments.
5. Strong understanding of current design trends visual storytelling and user-centered design principles.
6. Ability to manage multiple design deliverables prioritize effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
7. Familiarity with AI machine learning or data-driven design workflows is a plus but not required.
