Salary: $114,985.89 - 180,318.78 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; related coursework and extensive professional experience may also be considered.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience; the posting also lists 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Significant experience with compiled languages such as C++, Java, Rust, or Go.
• Deep understanding of building systems at scale.
• Experience optimizing performance, scaling systems, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of software architecture.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.

• Design and build data- and model-driven features that help customers run marketing campaigns effectively.
• Scale our distributed applications and infrastructure.
• Improve algorithms and software architectures to reduce cloud hosting costs.
• Extend and support our observability stack to detect issues and generate alerts.
• Participate in on-call rotations and serve as an escalation contact for service incidents.
• Create systems documentation, playbooks, and instructional materials.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
