Salary: $107,243.85 - 160,865.77 per year Requirements:

• Experience with business intelligence, security reporting, dashboards, ETL, data integration, and data pipeline technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security; experience with Splunk SmartStore or similar technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and tools such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, regex, SPL, and SQL; APIs and JSON/XML; AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Athena, Glue, and SageMaker; infrastructure as code such as CloudFormation or Terraform; and tools such as GitHub, Ansible, VS Code, or Jupyter. Experience with MCP, prompts, or evaluations is a plus.
• CISSP, CCSP, or a similar security certification is a plus.
• A bachelors degree is preferred; we may also consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters, maintain punctual attendance, and work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Design, build, and maintain automated security data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, dashboards, and reports that consolidate information from multiple teams and sources.
• Develop centralized security reporting across cloud and application security, asset management, AI, vulnerability management, compliance, and related areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into new and existing systems and work with Information Security leadership to address gaps and weaknesses.
• Assess risk, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain incident response protocols, investigate and resolve security breaches, and implement controls to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
• Evaluate security hardware and software changes for their impact and alignment with industry practices.
• Research and implement approved tactical and strategic information security plans.
• Lead security awareness and training initiatives and audit data systems to ensure security precautions are visible in system design.
• Apply our Operating Principles, put customers first, learn and advocate for our technology and services, collaborate as a team, support customer-feedback initiatives, drive results and growth, foster inclusion, and act responsibly toward colleagues, customers, investors, and communities.

The Illinois pay range is $107,243.85–$160,865.77, with individual base pay determined by job-related, nondiscriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is part of our total rewards; eligible employees may receive a bonus or commission and access to benefits designed to support physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
