Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1

You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work that keeps production lines running and products meeting quality standards. You will work on 2nd shift (MondayThursday 3:30pm2:00am) onsite with the team supporting manufacturing and inspection stakeholders to meet schedule and quality targets.

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform routine assembly of small parts and components following shop travelers route cards or simple schematics
• Position very small parts using microscopes tweezers and fixtures; bend align and solder fine wires to components
• Bond or seal parts with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements for curing
• Conduct in-process testing and basic inspections to confirm assembly quality
• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain regular punctual attendance
• Support variable schedules as needed including occasional nights weekends or additional hours

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Vocational training apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Basic math skills and ability to read/interprete safety rules operating/manufacturing instructions and procedures
• Effective oral written and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range

$17.60 - $22.00/hour
