Weekend-only Production Light Assembly Associate Needed!

$19.94 per hour

plus $1.00/hour shift differential for day shift and $1.80/hour shift differential for night shift

Shift available:

• Weekend Day (Saturday 11am - 11pm and Sunday 11am - 11pm)
• Weekend Night (Friday 11pm - Saturday 11am and Saturday 11pm - Sunday 11am)

Production Light Assembly Associates monitor product coming out of injection molding machines clip/trim excess plastic perform light assembly and pack product in boxes. Associates will be standing for their entire shift some jobs require reasonable bending and twisting to perform duties. Parts are all light weight.

Responsibilities

• Handling various types of plastic products
• Checking for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform light assembly of parts
• Trimming
• Packaging
• Labeling
• Maintain acceptable established production rates
• Maintaining a safe and clean operation

Qualifications

• Must be able to read speak and understand English

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

• Follow all company safety rules and policies to include communicating any and all unsafe conditions unsafe behaviors near misses incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager immediately

• Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals

• Physically perform work standing/moving for the entire shift reasonable bending and twisting sorting and packing

• Must be able to pass a drug test.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshooting experience
