Salary: $125,439.15 - 188,158.73 per year Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with Python and Django.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs with Django.
• Experience with PHP.
• Experience with Kubernetes or EKS and AWS, including ownership of large-scale production deployments for critical backend services.
• A bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience; related coursework or extensive professional experience may also be considered.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• AdTech industry experience is a plus.
• Skills in collaboration, back-end development, and design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze system requirements and customize applications to support optimal functionality.
• Support updates to existing applications and the rollout of software releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and encourage technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Work with Quality Assurance to verify technical specifications and deliver reliable, high-quality applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in software applications and systems.
• Use market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and improve product offerings.
• Train operational staff to use internally developed applications effectively.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
