Salary: $137,369.3 - 206,053.95 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher; we may also consider relevant coursework combined with experience or extensive related professional experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience; the posting also lists 5–7 years.
• Experience with C/C++, database design, and network programming.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software, distributed systems, and mission-critical systems.
• Experience managing a team of 5–8 engineers.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and software engineering methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and technical innovation skills, a willingness to learn new techniques, and the ability to provide persistent technical support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work with global teams and accommodate additional working hours when needed to coordinate with them.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Golang, Agentic AI in the software development lifecycle, and advertising industry experience are advantages.

• Lead an engineering team and work with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements and assess integration needs.
• Guide the full software development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, implementation, testing, maintenance, and technical support.
• Review designs for new software and web applications, support applications in development, customize existing applications, and assist with updates and release rollouts.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility; review code and related documents for sound design, testability, and efficiency.
• Research, prepare, and edit technical documentation, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, manuals, recommendations, and reports.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on engineering practices, procedures, techniques, and design choices; present and explain architectural and technical decisions to internal audiences.
• Monitor competing applications and products, and review relevant literature, patents, and current practices.
• Train representatives and operations staff on internally developed applications.
• Support business needs and resolve technical issues.
• Partner with global engineering, product, and operations teams to advance shared innovations.
